Description of project Our annual Family Day Spaghetti Supper continues to be a great success, year after year. We feed families in the community (approx 125 people): spaghetti, cake, salad, beverages. The set up takes about 4-5 hours, the meal is served for 2 hours, and the clean up is about 2 hours. Admission is by donation only.

How was this project promoted in your community? Through social media, word of mouth, posters in key areas.
What were some challenges you faced with this project, and how could your project be improved? Challenges I faced as the chair was having a shopping list for everything we needed, as the list from previous chair wasn't all that accurate.
What was the approximate budget for this project? Less than $1,000
If the project was a fundraiser, what were the sources of revenue for this project? We raised funds for community betterment, and will decide at a later date, what the money will be used towards. Revenue comes from admission costs, and donations.
