National Convention: Voting Procedures
The 97th Annual Kin Canada National Convention will be held August 17 - 19, 2017 in Halifax, NS. A new voting procedures document is now available, including a guide to completing the accredited delegate form as well as highlights of the changes to policy and procedures.

Canadian Blood Services: New Goal
We’re happy to announce that we surpassed our goal for 2016 and ended at 109% of our goal with 616 units! A new goal of 608 units has been set for 2017.
National Day of KINdness: Participation Record
Our 5th Annual National Day of KINdness was a massive success. Thank you to all the clubs that participated to make it the most active year yet!
Projects Database: Giveaway!
Do you have a great project you think other clubs could replicate in their communities? Submit your successful project details by April 30 and your club will be entered for a chance to win $25 off your next Kin sales order (plus a selfie stick to capture all your wonderful service work in the future)!

Club Reporting Form
A reminder that club reporting forms are due to National by June 15, 2017. Fill them out online here.
Service Reporting Form
Yearly service reporting forms will go out in June. Be sure to track your hours and funds raised in advance to make for easier reporting. Tools are available in the resource library.
National Service Award
Due June 30, 2017: The service project must be presented at the zone and/or district level in order to proceed to the national level. For more details consult http://www.kincanada.ca/national-awards.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Due May 1, 2017. This prestigious award is given to those members who have dedicated their Kin life to the betterment and the furthering of the Association and its goals. For more information and an evaluation/scoring sheet visit http://www.kincanada.ca/national-awards.
