Kin Education Committee

In the Fall of 2004, a National Task Force on Training was created by the Executive Director for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of Kin education and training programs, identifying needs within Kin, best practices and trends among other organizations, analyzing gaps and formulating conclusions on remedial action.

The Education Committee's mandate is to implement a five-year strategic plan intended to improve member value, address retention issues and help fill leadership voids.
