Description of project new event, first year, fort st. john curling club and many sponors put on a one day modified curl bonspiel for k to grade 6 student in the north peace school district

What were some challenges you faced with this project, and how could your project be improved? new event , did not have chairperson, ran event for another local club (Lions Club of Fort St. John no longer active)

What were the expenses for this project? trophies needed (were donated by curling club but needed to be re-plaqued and engaged). Ribbons for curlers needed to be ordered and ribbons for officials needed.
Is there anything else you would like to share that would assist another club in duplicating this project in their community? This the first year for this event for this club. Chair had it in hand - the event was great. Event to go forward for years to come. Many expenses this year- will help in years to come.
