Very successful and it is a annual thing which sells out quickly

What were some challenges you faced with this project, and how could your project be improved? Coordinating a venue that cooked the potatoes and have them done in time as the pork chops were done not a big issue as we have the same place that cooks them at no charge

What were the expenses for this project? All the food venue was free so was the large BBQ from Wilsons propane
