Description of project Members met at a Tim Hortons to pick up take ten coffee containers. We split into groups to deliver coffee to each of the ten schools in Yorkton right before school started. We spent around $150, got the coffee sponsored at a discount of 15% off and drafted a short letter to be taped to the coffee containers that said the coffee is from the Kinette Club of Yorkton and we just wanted to thank the teachers with our contact information and we left a poster for our upcoming tradeshow.

How was this project promoted in your community? Posting our photos to Social media.
What were some challenges you faced with this project, and how could your project be improved? Project could be improved by doing it the week of our meeting so that we can put "we meet this week on Wednesday please come and see what we are all about". The coffee could have been sponsored at a lower cost.
