National Impact

Beyond helping with local community needs, Kin Canada clubs and their members make an incredible impact across Canada each year.

Together, Kin members spread kindness, donate blood, help post-secondary students pay for school, and raise funds and awareness for national causes like cystic fibrosis.

In our rich, 100+ year history, Kin Canada members have made incredible national impacts both here and abroad.

Kin Canada Bursaries

Our clubs give generously to help post-secondary students in Canada achieve their dreams. The Kin Canada Bursaries program awards $1000 to volunteer-minded students in Canadian communities.

Kin Kindness Day

Thousands of Kin members spread KINdness in their communities each February to make people smile and thank others for supporting their club’s events, fundraisers, and projects.

Canadian Blood Services

The need for blood and platelet donations is forever ongoing. That’s why Kin members roll up their sleeves to support Canada’s Lifeline. Clubs also sponsor local blood clinics, volunteer, and fundraise to help ensure no one is ever waiting for blood in Canada.

Disaster Relief Support

When a natural disaster strikes in a Canadian community, Kin Canada offers aid from our Disaster Relief Fund. We connect with clubs near the disaster to determine how we can best help the affected community.

Milk for Britain

Kin Canada’s Milk for Britain campaign (1941-1948) brought Canadians together during World War II to send over 50 million quarts of milk and $3 million to starving children during wartime.

Cystic Fibrosis Canada Partnership

In 60+ years, Kin members have raised over $55 million for cystic fibrosis (CF) research and patient care. Investments have helped people with CF live longer lives and gain access to critical medications in all Canadian provinces and territories.

Want to make an impact in your community and across the country?

We invite you to volunteer with a Kin Canada club near you! We always welcome new members and volunteers.
