Description of project Covid safe Halloween event. Drive-through or walk up, people could give a donation and get a bag of treats which included boxed Halloween candy and coupons to local restaurants.

How was this project promoted in your community? Our FB site, Instagram, shares by members. Some posters were put up prior. Added to community events via local radio station.
What were some challenges you faced with this project, and how could your project be improved? Soliciting for donations - many businesses not interested. Trying to find ways to promote our event but we are a new club and not known. This was the 2nd annual event and we believe that people will become familiar with it.

What were the expenses for this project? $0 technically, although some members contributed boxes of candy for the goody bags as local businesses were mostly not interested in donating.
