Description of project Our Kin Kids got together and made approximately 80 handmade Christmas cards to distribute at the local seniors residence. The kids ages ranged from 3-10 and the total door to door delivery of cards took approximately 2 hours. The card making afternoon took about 3 hours.

How was this project promoted in your community? Published a photo of our Kin Kids standing outside the Seniors residence. Not allowed to take pictures within the residence due to privacy agreements.
What were some challenges you faced with this project, and how could your project be improved? Making sure an employee is with the group to help go door to door so as to ensure we don't enter rooms we shouldn't and to maximize residents receiving cards.

What were the expenses for this project? Cardstock, stamps, stencils, 100x mini chocolate bars.
Is there anything else you would like to share that would assist another club in duplicating this project in their community? Check to make sure no other events are going on at the seniors residence at the same time and that it is not happening during meal time. If entering the resident's room go at most 2 kids at a time so as not to overwhelm the children or the resident.
