Introducing Kin Canada's New Executive Director: Randy Sidhu

It is with great pleasure and excitement that Kin Canada's National Board of Directors announces the appointment of Mr. Randy Sidhu as our new Executive Director (ED)! After an extensive selection process, we are thrilled to welcome Randy to lead our Association into our next era of growth, innovation, investment, and community impact.

Randy SidhuRandy brings a wealth of experience, vision, and dedication to this role. With over 25 years of senior management experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors, Randy is uniquely positioned to lead Kin Canada to new heights.

Randy's most recent role as the Executive Director at the Argyle Business Improvement Association (Argyle BIA), a non-profit organization supporting businesses and communities in the city of London, has demonstrated his commitment to community development and growth.

During his tenure at the Argyle BIA, Randy introduced creative initiatives that contributed to the organization's growth during challenging times. He also spearheaded a community regeneration and revitalization plan that will have a lasting positive impact on the Argyle area.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Randy serves on the Board of Directors at Zerin Development Corporation, a charitable, non-profit provider of affordable housing, underlining his dedication to charitable causes and community welfare.

Randy's strong reputation as a "community builder" perfectly aligns with Kin Canada's mission to enrich communities and enhance the lives of Canadians. His passion, commitment, and innovative approach will undoubtedly contribute to Kin Canada's ongoing success.

Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Randy is a proud graduate of the Business Administration program at Sheridan College. He currently resides in London, Ontario, where he enjoys sports and cherishes time spent with his family.

Randy is eager to join the Kin Canada team and work collaboratively with our staff to ensure that Kinsmen, Kinette, and Kin clubs receive the support they need to continue serving their communities' greatest needs.

We are confident that Randy's leadership will propel Kin Canada into an exciting future, and we extend a warm welcome to him as the new ED. We look forward to achieving great things together as we continue to make a positive and lasting difference in communities across Canada.

Kin Canada's National Board of Directors would also like to take this opportunity to thank Interim Executive Director Carmen Preston,HRF for her continued dedication to our Association and for taking on the role and additional responsibilities of Interim Executive Director over the past couple of years. Acting ED Carmen will be returning to her role as Kin Canada's Operations Manager and will be an integral part of onboarding our new ED, Randy.
