Cornwall Kinsmen Minor Girls Recreational Softball turns 30 this summer, and they're going big with the annual season-ending tournament, being held on Aug. 8-10. They'll certainly look sharp, as the association has new uniforms for all of its teams this season. "The big thing is, we replaced all 240 uniforms this year, from mites to midget," said Mike Turcotte, president of the Kinsmen softball program.

Peace, love, music and fundraising combined to make the first ever Dresden Kinstock a success on Saturday night. Chair Darren Wills said the event raised some $7,000, a portion of which will go toward the club’s commitment of $50,000 to the Dresden Health Complex, while the rest will be used for various club projects.
