“All the funds raised will go toward annual Kinsmen and Kinette projects,” said Tony Hessian, vice president of the New Glasgow Kinsmen. “We have supported Pictou County projects such as the wellness centre, SSF, United Way and in addition, provided over $90,000 annually to emergency requests.
The Kinsmen Lotto for the Alberta Children’s Hospital kicked off its 22nd year of proudly supporting the children of Alberta. Having raised over $26 million, they have plenty to celebrate and are giving ticket buyers lots to celebrate, too!
The event, which will take place at the Marystown Muncipal Centre Sunday, May 25, serves as a fundraiser for healthcare in the region and is broadcast live on CHCM.

Hal Rodgers began our association in February of 1920 and it soon spread across the nation to become this country's largest all-Canadian service organization. New Glasgow's Kinsmen Club was established in 1943 and has flourished ever since.
